Globalsportsclimate provides civil engineering analysis and design services exclusively for the physical management of professional playing fields. Our work includes soil water retention analysis, gravel-layer porosity testing, and subterranean pipe network layout design. We do not provide sports media content, climate policy advice, or tournament scheduling services.
The client is responsible for providing accurate site data, including soil samples, existing drainage plans, and any relevant structural surveys. The client must also ensure that access to the field is available for testing and inspection as scheduled. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the validity of our analysis and recommendations.
Our recommendations are based on the data and conditions present at the time of analysis. Globalsportsclimate is not liable for damages resulting from unanticipated changes in soil composition, weather events, or modifications made to the field after our analysis is completed. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
All reports, designs, drawings, and analysis provided by Globalsportsclimate remain our intellectual property. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the specific field project described in the service agreement. Redistribution or reuse of our materials for other fields or projects without written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Globalsportsclimate reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client's field is located. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
